1. Identity of the Data Controller

Your personal data may be processed by the data controller Bölge Makine within the scope described below, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”).

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The personal data collected may be processed by Bölge Makine in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated by the Law and the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the following purposes:

• Planning and executing the company's human resources policies and processes
• Conducting the procurement processes of goods and services by the company
• Carrying out financial and accounting processes by the company
• Planning and executing the company's commercial and/or business strategies
• Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-security of the company and individuals in business relations with the company

3. Parties to Whom Your Personal Data is Transferred and Purposes of Transfer

Your collected personal data may be transferred by Bölge Makine to legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private institutions in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated by the Law and the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law:

• Planning and executing the company's human resources policies and processes
• Conducting the procurement processes of goods and services by the company
• Carrying out financial and accounting processes by the company
• Planning and executing the company's commercial and/or business strategies
• Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-security of the company and individuals in business relations with the company

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis of Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through various channels for the purpose of carrying out company activities, based on legal grounds for ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies. The collected personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in this Disclosure Text, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

5. Rights Listed in Article 11 of the Law as a Personal Data Owner

As a personal data owner, you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding it,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad,
• If your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request its correction and to request that the operation performed in this context be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons necessitating processing under the Law and other relevant legal provisions have ceased to exist, and to request that the operation performed in this context be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result against you by means of automated systems exclusively analyzing the processed data,
• To request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can send your requests regarding the rights listed above to the company at info@bolgemakine.com.tr. Your requests will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge, depending on the nature of your request; however, the company reserves the right to charge you according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority if there is an additional cost.
